Gas Boilers Used in Food Industry

This boiler adopts horizontal three pass wet-back structure, sufficient fuel combustion, with the design of threaded smoke pipe and condenser, the boiler thermal efficiency can reach more than 98%; and the selection of domestic and foreign advanced ultra-low nitrogen combustion machine, with large diameter furnace, can achieve ultra-low NOx emission requirements. And this kind of boiler has the characteristics of automatic intelligent control, which can ensure the long time safe and stable operation.

ZOZEN Boiler customized the steam boiler and auxiliary design scheme for this project according to dairy factory demand for production capacity, raw materials and investment cost budget. After the equipment leaves the factory, ZOZEN Boiler will arrange personnel to spot the goods, and provide technical guidance for equipment installation, commissioning and operation throughout the process to ensure the normal use of customers’ equipment.
