biomass corn cob fired boilers for winery

Case info

In the brewing process of a brewery, there are two processes that use steam produced by steam boilers, one is fermentation and the other is distillation, both of which reflect the importance of steam boilers to the brewery and are one of the important equipment in the production process of a brewery. The quality, temperature and purity of the steam produced by different types of fuel in the boiler are different, and the fuel used in the boiler also makes a difference to the later operating costs.

Among them, biomass boilers are made of corn cobs, peanut shells, rice husks and other crop waste into biomass pellets as fuel. The customer, who mainly deals with production, manufacturing and sales of liquor, chose to purchase one set 20 ton SZL series biomass corn cob fired boilers (SZL20-1.25-M) from ZOZEN Boiler after much comparison for the need of production expansion. In order to reduce the fuel consumption of the production line and increase the economic benefits, ZOZEN’s engineers made local improvements to the air and water feed processes of the customer’s boiler for brewing, increasing the air and water feed temperatures of the boiler and reducing the cost of steam production.

The customer said that the steam boiler plays a very important role in the brewing production and processing enterprise, which directly affects the production progress and quality of wine. The SZL series steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for our production line is the right assistant for brewing enterprises, with fast steam output and stable operation, which is a high-quality brand in the boiler industry.
