Wood Fired Double Drum Boiler for Palm Mill

Wood fired boiler uses high-quality boiler steel and insulation materials to reduce boiler heat loss and improve boiler thermal efficiency. The thermal efficiency of biomass boilers is mostly above 80%, which is similar to the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers, but the lack of pollution is much smaller than that of coal-fired furnaces. In order to reduce operating costs and environmental pollution, palm oil mills need to purchase wood fired boilers to provide a large amount of steam heat support for the cooking and refining processes in the palm oil production process.

Compared with the ordinary chain grate boiler, this palm mill biomass boiler adopts the tilting reciprocating grate which has a wider range of fuel application. When the boiler burns, the fuel and the grate are in relative motion, and the fuel is constantly squeezed during the tumbling process, thus destroying the coke and ash shells and making the combustion more complete.
