58MW Coal-fired Chain Grate Boiler Central Heating Project

The chain grate coal-fired boilers provided by ZOZEN can be used as heat source hosts for central heating in cities and industrial and mining enterprises, etc. A single unit can heat 300,000-400,000 sq. ft. of floor space, and can also be used as peak boilers in thermal power plants to regulate the operation of urban heat networks, which can meet the demand for central heating in Mongolia. The design team of ZOZEN Boiler customized the technical solution of 58MW coal-fired boiler according to the actual usage requirements of the customer to achieve high efficiency and energy saving of the heating system. This chain grate boiler adopts single pot horizontal reciprocating grate. Because of the reciprocating grate’s good ignition performance and high combustion efficiency, the DHW series coal-fired hot water boiler has high chamber temperature, more complete combustion and low ash fly carbon content.

At the same time, the equal pressure unified bin air supply and micro-zone adjustment air distribution also reduce the slag carbon content. In addition, the boiler body is surrounded by and the middle partition wall is fully sealed with membrane water-cooled wall, and the flag convection heating surface is also designed with equal flow rate to further improve the heat transfer coefficient, which provides sufficient heat source guarantee for the heating company.
