10 Ton Oil Gas Boiler for Edible Oil Plant in Peru

In the processing and production of edible oil plants, steam boilers provide the boiler steam needed for the entire production process, in which the drying, softening, leaching, separation of oils and fats, and refining and heating of moist raw materials cannot be done without the support of steam. In view of the actual operating conditions and local environmental protection policies, the customer purchased a 10 ton oil gas boiler and delivered it to the port of Callao, Peru, including the main body and auxiliary equipment (including instrumentation and valves, energy saver, continuous discharge and fixed discharge), etc. ZOZEN’s project engineer came to the site to guide the installation after the boiler was delivered to its destination, and the 10 ton boiler has now been commissioned and put into operation.

SZS10-1.25-Q is a classic product of ZOZEN. The boiler body adopts “D” shape structure, with one side being the furnace chamber and the other side being the convection heating surface, and the heating surface of the body reaches 285.24m2, with sufficient radiation heating surface. With the adoption of spiral finned condenser at the end, the exhaust temperature is reduced and the thermal efficiency is more than 98%, which effectively helps enterprises to save operation cost; the large space of the furnace chamber, together with the advanced low-NOx burner at home and abroad, can easily achieve the ultra-low emission requirement of less than 30mg/Nm3.
