Sri Lanka Biomass Pellet Boiler for Palm Oil Making

Palm oil is the main vegetable oil species produced and consumed in the world today, and it is an essential and important ingredient in both food, beauty and industrial sectors. ZOZEN’s engineers recommended the newly upgraded DZW type biomass pellet boiler for the customer. This boiler adopts a three-boiler design, which is a technical upgrade to the original two-barrel structure, and has the characteristics of being less prone to ash accumulation, highly efficient and environmentally friendly, without the need to stop the furnace for ash cleaning, enabling the boiler to run normally for a long time. At the same time, considering the combustion characteristics of palm fiber, the boiler feed hopper, furnace arch, air distribution, etc. are also optimized and adjusted to control the problem of coking which easily occurs in fuel combustion.
