4 Ton Capacity Coal Steam Boiler in Bangladesh

The 4 ton capacity coal steam boiler has been delivered to Bangladesh. This DZL series chain grate boiler provides stable and high quality steam for feed production. The DZL steam boiler produced by ZOZEN is compact and easy to install, and the high boiler efficiency and low emission also reduce the operating cost and pollution emission.

The 4 ton coal-fired boiler with NOx emission lower than 100mg/Nm3 can achieve high efficiency and low emission. This boiler adopts horizontal single pot structure, and the furnace body adopts threaded flue tube to effectively improve the heat transfer coefficient, which makes the boiler thermal efficiency over 82%.

The coal-fired steam boiler produced by ZOZEN has a long service life. In the manufacturing process, ZOZEN adopts pre-expansion of flue tubes and tube plates to eliminate the gap between them, and then adopts the welding process of automatic argon arc welding to effectively eliminate stress and prolong the service life of the boiler.
