15 TPH Coal Fired Boiler for Philippines Food Industry

Universal Robina Corporation (URC), one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage companies in the Philippines, has a very high demand for steam in manufacturing processes such as drying and moisturizing, sterilization molds, and vacuum packaging. With coal-fired steam boilers as the core heating equipment for production lines in the food industry, URC urgently needed to purchase a highly efficient and energy-saving boiler product.

As a well-known industrial boiler manufacturer, ZOZEN has provided high-quality products to many companies in the Philippines, and has set up service centers in the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. ZOZEN’s strength and rich project experience were recognized by URC, and URC was provided with a 15 tph coal fired boiler.

SZL series coal-fired steam boilers have the advantages of sufficient output and high efficiency; the furnace chamber adopts a closely arranged membrane wall tube structure to ensure a larger radiant heat receiving area. In addition, in order to improve economic efficiency, the boiler is equipped with an independent air bin, the user can adjust the air volume through the air bin to ensure complete combustion of fuel.

SZL series products are a new type of assembled water tube boiler. 15 tons capacity below the boiler in the factory to complete the installation, capacity greater than 15 tons boilers in two large pieces of the upper and lower factory, installation cycle is short, low input costs. The boiler is arranged with enough heating surface to ensure the output, and it has strong operating overload capacity. The coal type is widely adaptable, especially for medium quality coal with low heating value of 17,690kj/kg (422kcal/kg).
