Case info

Biomass power generation has become an important way to generate electricity and heat in many countries. Biomass fired boilers play an important role in power generation projects, where the high temperature steam produced by burning the fuel drives a screw generator or turbine to generate electricity. HENDESE Mechanical Engineering in Turkey is purchasing a 15 tph biomass-fired boiler to be used in a local power generation project.

The boiler solution designed by ZOZEN for HENDESE is a new DZL series biomass fired boiler. According to the characteristics of different biomass fuels, the third generation DZL biomass boiler can be equipped with different grate types and materials, which not only ensure the full combustion of biomass fuels, but also improve the service life of the grate and meet the high requirements of biomass power generation system for boiler efficiency and stability.

The boiler adopts an assembled structure, divided into two large parts, upper and lower, and is a water tube boiler consisting of three cylinders. The boiler capacity covers 6-35t/h and the working pressure is 1-2.5Mpa. As the third generation biomass boiler, it solves the problem of ash accumulation in the convection area of the second generation biomass boiler with double pot structure, and the ash does not accumulate on the heating surface, which enables the boiler to run normally for a long time without the need to stop the furnace to clean the ash.
